Ottawa Bluesfest is a charitable non-profit organization (Incorporated, non-profit #869362780RR0001) and a large part of our mandate is geared toward providing community-based programming that benefits local artists and musicians, as well as youth participants from kindergarten to late high school. Every year, more than 7000 youth participate in our programs, many of them ending up on stage at the Ottawa Bluesfest or CityFolk Festivals. None of these activities would be possible without the considerable fundraising efforts of our volunteers, granting agencies, sponsors, and individuals such as yourself.
